The WELL offers you the opportunity to work on your overall vitality and offers fun and effective workouts for every training level.
From our vitality center, we offer the following options:
- Train yourself; we offer you a training program to guide you towards your desired fitness goals
- Group lessons; the instructor will motivate you, and the other participants in the class, to the fullest during these fun and effective training sessions
- Small group training; some more personal attention? In a small group you work together on your personal fitness
- Physiotherapy and physical reintegration; our therapist can assist you with injuries or physical complaints and get you mobilized as quickly as possible. You can also contact us for support in your rehabilitation process / return to the workplace
- Dietetics; in a 1: 1 meeting you will receive personal advice on healthy nutrition and achieving a healthy weight
- Workshops, webinars and master classes; To support your personal vitality, we regularly offer workshops from The WELL in the field of Exercise, Nutrition and Relaxation

Working on the health of your team or just a fun and healthy team activity?
I like the gym a lot and good (for the old / passionate) to keep in shape. I try to schedule the Functional Training, Core and Stretching classes during the afternoon throughout the week as much as possible. It also indicates good regularity for the daily rhythm.
I am trying to follow the Core Fit sessions (Wiebe) in the early morning as often as possible, because I believe it is good for me (and no, I am not a masochist…). Besides, I enjoy joining the Core Fit & Stretching sessions (Jeannette) around lunch time, because it really lets your whole body work hard (and it is also good for me…) 😊
I enjoy working out and the classes you and Jeannette provide on line. They help me keeping sort of the same routine I had while working at the office and actually, It is better since my fitness and my office now are in the room next to each other. It also helps me keep fit since working from home not being able to go to the gym and it is also good for the spirit and soul.
During home office it’s great to have some exercising in the morning or afternoon breaks, keeps you healthy, your head clean and keeps you fit!

Mindfulness- & nutritional coach. Always had a passion for nutrition and has been practicing mindfulness for over 25 years. Helps people live happier and healthier lives through mindful living and healthy eating.
Physiotherapist. You yourself are the key to success. As a physiotherapist, I coach and guide you on the way there!
