The First Steps

  1. 1. Sign Up to our Gym

    Join The WELL - SABIC by signing in via this link.

    Please choose the membership that is best suited to your wants and needs

  2. 2. Install our HFC App

    After signup you will receive a link to download our app

    This app offers you the possibility to book (group) workouts, meet our community and much more...


  3. 3. Intake

    Book an appointment with one of our fitness coaches for an intake, including a short health check.

    During this intake we discuss the possibilities and goals for a training program together. Immediately after the intake, a short introduction to fitness follows.



  4. 4. Training Programme

    The instructor will build you a tailored training programme to reach your desired fitness goals

    No matter what your current fitness level is, our highly dedicated instructors will guide and motivate you to achieve your fitness goals as fast and safe as possible


What else do we offer you?

As a member of The WELL - SABIC you also get the possibility to participate in local group classes but also online so you can still join your favourite workouts when you work from home.

The WELL - SABIC  also provides the possibility to book a session with our physiotherapist, who is ready to assist you with any muscoskeletary issue you may have.
